Our name, a combination of "Sip" and "Lore," reflects this philosophy. When you're sipping an old-fashioned or daiquiri, you're not just tasting a drink—you're sharing a moment, a story, a piece of history. That's the essence of Siplore.

Our mission at Siplore is simple: to be the go-to resource for everything related to cocktails and drinks. We aim to provide you with the knowledge, inspiration, and resources to craft amazing cocktails, whether you're a home bartender, a professional mixologist, or just someone who enjoys a good drink with friends.
Meet the team
Right now, Siplore is a one-person operation. I'm the Chief Cocktail Officer—it's a self-proclaimed title, but I wear it with pride. I'm a certified bartender through ABC Bartending School, and my journey into the cocktail and drink industry began after a successful stint in the catering business. During my catering days, I learned a lot about what people really want when it comes to drinks and service. I saw how a great cocktail could bring people together and elevate an event. That's what inspired me to start Siplore.
